EA Sports made the classification based on the players performance over the period of the last 12 months, in games at both the club and the national teams. EA Sports has spent considerable time and resources to conduct a detailed analysis of each player’s performance across a number of criteria and indicators, and they claim that this system is therefore an accurate reflection of players objective performance assessment. The top ten positions are occupied mostly by Spanish and German team players, with only one English Premier League player, Eden Hazard of Chelsea at number ten.
