Game Retail
GAME is the largest retail store of video games in the UK. The company, originally called The Game Group plc was founded in 1990. It acquired the closest rival, Gamestation in 2007. Due to financial difficulties, it lost its credit rating and entered administration in March 2012. The company was recovering from problems and got listed on London Stock Exchange in May 2014. In 2019, Game was acquired by Fraser Group and became Game Retail Limited.
