Gear VR Launches in the UK

Samsung’s addition to the burgeoning virtual reality market is now available to buy in the UK.

The Gear VR, developed in collaboration with Oculus, is priced at £80. It was released in North America in November at a price of $99.

A ‘Super AMOLED’ display will allow you to experience virtual reality in a wide field of view, with highly precise head-tracking and low latency.

It is also seamlessly compatible with Samsung Galaxy phones, including the Note5, S6 edge+, S6, and S6 edge. The phones can be attached to the front of the headset to be used as a screen.

With a 96 degree field of vision, slick, lightweight design, touchpad, buttons, and gyroscopic sensors, Gear VR is set to be a worthy addition to the VR headset market. You will be able to enjoy a range of films and games with the headset.
