Tim Sweeney is the founder of Epic Games. He is the author of Unreal Engine. In 2012 Sweeney has inducted into the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences (AIAS) Hall of Fame for his technological innovations in the gaming industry. Develop magazine named Tim Sweeney and the other co-founder of Epic Games, Mark Rein, Development Legends at the Develop Industry Excellence Awards in 2013.
