Gabe Newell is the President and Co-Founder of Valve Inc. He was educated at Davis Senior High School in Davis, California, and attended Harvard University, which he dropped to join Microsoft. Gabe Newell left Microfot in 1996 to found Valve together with Mike Harrington, and develop Valve’s digital distribution service Steam.
In December 2021, Forbes estimated Gabe Newell’s net worth at US$3.9 billion.
