Black Friday 2015

Rapidly becoming an annual fixture, the American phenomenon of Black Friday will bring massive discounts to many retailers this 27th November.

Black Friday is one of the highest points of the year for the retail industry. Estimates suggest that the United Kingdom will spend almost £1.1 billion this year, roughly £300 million more than expected for the Boxing Day sales.

Customers will buy goods at rapid rates on Black Friday. The online retailer Amazon sold 64 items every single second last year, making a total of 5.5 million items.

For those who are looking to buy one of the latest games, or even a new console or TV, Black Friday is set to be the perfect time to find a great deal.

GAME will be cutting prices by up to 50%. Games on offer include Gears of War: Ultimate Edition (£14.99), Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 (£24.99) and Metal Gear Solid V (£29.99).

As for consoles, GAME will be selling a 1TB Xbox One with Fallout console skin, Fallout 4 and The Elder Scrolls Online for £299.99. A 500GB PS4 with Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, DriveClub, and 2 months of NOW TV Movies will also be sold for £299.99.

Argos is offering Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 for £39.99, and the LG 4K Ultra HD TV is being reduced from £399 to £300.

Amazon will also be offering plenty of deals. Recent and upcoming games like Fallout 4, Black Ops 3, Star Wars Battlefront and FIFA 16 will all be given a price slash.
