Metacritic is an online aggregator of reviews of video games, music albums, and TV shows. It calculates average score using scores of many review websites. The scores are given colour marks, with green colour having high, the yellow average, and the red low score. The website was founded in 1999 and is currently believed to be a good indicator of realistic score for many video game items, though, some may argue that it has a slight bias toward Nintendo titles receiving higher scores compared with other platforms.
Metacritic’s scores are used also in our algorithm for calculating our own Selling Potential Indicator.
