343 Industries
343 Industries is a video game developer based in Kirkland, Washington, United States. It was founded in 2009 by Microsoft Studios, and the company is named after of the characters in Halo series, called 343 Guilty Spark. The company is 100% subsidiary of Microsoft and was established for development of Halo series. Halo was originally developed by Bungie, however after a split between them and Microsoft in 2007, Microsoft has created 343 Industries for continuing the work on Halo series. The first HALO game was released by 343 Industries in 2009 and was Halo 4.
