PAX West will return this year as a physical event, something that hasn’t happened for the games industry in more than a year now.

The Penny Arcade Expo is finally heading to Europe after months of rumours surrounding the news of PAX events in Australia and Texas. The event will be held in Paris and is officially named PLAY: Paris, though it will still be powered by PAX.

Sony has confirmed they are planning to attend PAX West, a major game industry gathering in Seattle, and a list of games they’ll be showing at the event.
