Randy Pitchford is a Co-Founder of Gearbox Software, the CEO and President of Gearbox Entertainment and Gearbox Studios. He steped down from the positions of the CEO and President of Gearbox Software in October 2021. He has been with Gearbox since January 1999. Before co-founding Gearbox, Randy Pitchford spent three years at 3D Realms.
