Matthew Karch is the Co-Founder and CEO of Saber Interactive Incorporated. He was with the company from its foundation in 2001. In 2020, after Saber Interactive was acquired by Embracer Group, Matthew Karch became also a broad member of Embracer. he currently holds 57,5% of S3D Media which in turn holds 12 798 274 class A shares and 70 772 440 class B shares in Embracer Group AB (publ). Matthew Karch also holds 1 070 000 B shares of Embracer directly.
