John Romero is a veteran video games developer, and one of the co-founders of id Software. He is known for designing such games as Wolfenstein, Doom, Doom II, Quake, and many other hits. He is also known for inventing the FPS multiplayer term “deathmatch”. John Romero was born in 1967.
