Rocksteady Studios is a video game developer based in London, United Kingdom. It was founded in 2004 by Sefton Hill and Jamie Walker. Initially, the studio was independent. In 2010, the studio was acquired by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, Inc. In 2009, Rocksteady Studios received an award of Studio of the Year from Spike. The studio has developed such titles as Batman: Arkham Asylum, Batman: Arkham City, Batman: Arkham Knight, and Urban Chaos: Riot Response.
