Sumo Group is a video game company based in the United Kingdom. It was founded in 2017 as a parent company to a number of video game developers and publishers. Sumo Group is a public company, 10% of the shares are owned by Tencent after acquisition in November 2019. In June 2021 Tencent agreed to acquire 100% of Sump Group for $1.3 billion.
